This 2-week engagement takes a deep dive into contact center and customer service transformation through maturity and business value assessments, demo workshops, reports and a high-level project roadmap.

During the engagement, participants will collaborate with the Hitachi Solutions team to review existing strategies and processes that define the current state, challenges being faced, and desired business outcomes in the future state. Additionally, Hitachi Solutions will facilitate a relevant demo experience using your own data.

Sample Agenda*:

  • Business Objectives Review: Current state, improvement opportunities, KPIs, and future state vision
  • Best Practices Discussion: Governance and Steering Committee best practices
  • Technical Overview: Dynamics 365 Contact Center, D365 Customer Service, Copilot for Service, and Hitachi Solutions IP review
  • Demo Workshops: Key Service, Contact Center, Copilot, and/or Hitachi Solutions IP demo experiences
  • Assessment Report: Review of business challenges addressed, and the approach used in the demo with description of prioritized business outcomes and high-level roadmap.
