About the postion
As part of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing cross functional teams in the planning, design and development of new projects. Clearly understand client business requirements that form a product or solution. You will help guide and strategize with, a team of Software Engineers, Solution Architects, and other key project members, in the delivery of customer projects. You will champion engineering and operational excellence. Be ready to resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Be able to perform project-level estimation. The Delivery Team must work close to the technology being implemented with recent experience adding value to development and architecture activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with Hitachi sales and delivery teams, and with our customers’ technology teams, to understand customer requirements, and translate them into innovative cloud solutions leveraging Hitachi’s core capabilities. Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to define the scope of work associated with a cloud solution. Assist in conducting meetings with customers at all levels during all phases of the project lifecycle. Support customer satisfaction by actively facilitating open and effective communication across customer business units and functional teams.

Qualifications
Responsible for the Enterprise Applications and Delivery practices involving both strategic and tactical planning to ensure consultant utilization, technical expertise, and overall client satisfaction. Advance the overall operational capabilities of Hitachi Solutions regarding financial management and process improvements. Agile/SCRUM advocate towards internal acceptance and leader in the sales process, as well as practitioner at client sites.
Additional requirements
Hands-on experience working at a high level in Application Development and Application, Infrastructure, and Security Architecture.
Experience using various ALM tools (e.g., Azure DevOps/VSTS, IBM RTC, JIRA, etc.) is desired. 5+ years of experience preferred.
Solid technical background in a modern development environment to enable the effective communications of the technical aspects of the work to the business team.
Ability to express complex technical and business concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Ability to work independently & coordinate projects with a geographically dispersed team.
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be a self-directed learner.
Problem-solving attitude.
Highly self‐motivated, self‐directed, and attentive to detail.
6+ years’ experience doing enterprise architecture or similar, for a technology consulting firm or direct employment at a large corporation.
6+ years’ experience working with cross-functional teams and heavily matrixed organization
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
