Dynamics CE Regional Delivery Lead

The Hitachi Solutions Customer Engagement (CE) Practice delivers solutions to customers in 4Industry Business Units (IBU) across the United States and 1 region in Canada. The Industry Business Units for the US include the following:

• Manufacturing

• Retail Consumer Packaged Goods & Professional Services

• Health and Life Sciences

• Financial Services

A CE Regional Delivery Lead is assigned to each region and has the following responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary escalation point for CE delivery in assigned Industry Business Unit (IBU)

• Manages a team of up to 4 Team Leads and 32 Consultants

• Hold regularly scheduled 1:1 meeting with Team Leads and Industry Leads

• Attend Industry Project Review call with Regional VPs/CSPs

• Attend weekly practice resource call as needed to support Team Leads

• Accountable for CE Practice Revenue, Gross Margin, Utilization & CSAT targets

• Maintain a personal utilization of 50% through a supporting role on projects

• Periodically support sales by providing estimates for new opportunities in IBU

• Act as CE Hiring Manager for resources in assigned IBU or assist in interview process with other Directors of the CE practice

• Support annual strategic planning & budgeting process

• Performs other duties or tasks as assigned by Practice Lead
