As the Chief Operating Officer for Hitachi Solutions North America, Didi brings over 30 years of expertise in professional services sales, delivery, and operations. She has held leadership roles at Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, and Oracle. Didi is dedicated to enhancing sales, delivery quality, operational efficiency, strategic planning, and people development. She is passionate about creating a collaborative and innovative workplace and embracing new ideas.
Didi resides just outside Charlotte, NC. She has three children and a lovable, giant dog weighing 175 pounds. In her spare time, she can be found playing pickleball or on the golf course.

Danielle Estrada is the EVP of Sales for Hitachi Solutions North America and has over 28 years of experience across sales, consulting, and delivery. Danielle has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives at companies such as Accenture, Fannie Mae, and most recently, Microsoft. She is dedicated to elevating teams to deliver exceptional results and has a passion for fostering diverse talent and building strategic partnerships. Danielle is also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, where she teaches in the School of Continuing Studies and helps to shape the Artificial Intelligence curriculum.
Danielle lives in Maryland with her husband, two children, and their two dogs. In her free time, she can be found cheering on her daughter’s all-star cheerleading team and hunting for cyber deals to fuel her extreme couponing hobby.
