Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Product Manager to help drive the direction and development of our Empower Data Platform. The Empower Product Group maintains and builds a product that syncs terabytes of data across hundreds of data sources. This synced data is then made available via reporting and vector-based chat to knowledge workers in the business.  

As part of our team, you will work closely with engineering, data infrastructure, product design, and other teams around the business to build Empower Data Platform. With the advent of generative AI tooling, you will have the opportunity to develop LLM-based applications from data to chat and to serve customers at all size enterprises.  

You will increase our SAM from thousands to hundreds of thousands in months. You will be instrumental in growing our customer base and in building a version of the Empower Data Platform that can help knowledge workers of all kinds. 

Technical acumen and domain experience in data engineering, Azure, SaaS, and Data Analytics are mandatory.

 

Qualifications

Who You Are 

  • Experience and knowledge building data products. 
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, co-founder, or related technical role. 
  • 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products. 
  • Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise software. 

Your Responsibilities 

 

  • You will drive the product strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the next phase of Empower Data Platform.  
  • You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. 
  • You will deliver new features that add value to our customers data estate. You will contribute to at least 1 of our engineering pods: global services which keep the product running, generative AI chat and user interface to expose customer data securely, core data movement/streaming and syncing, platform deployment and infrastructure, or on customer experience and enablement on the data platform. 
  • You will lead the definition of a 12-15 month vision and define success metrics. 
  • You will bring a growth mindset and open communication style with everyone you encounter.

Base Salary Pay Range*: USD $115,000 – USD $210,000

*The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills relevant to the role, internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
