As a professional services organization, our people “are” the strength of our company. Hitachi Solutions’ Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) was created in 2017 to provide comprehensive training and mentorship for our employees who desire to grow their leadership skills and qualities.
Our ALP participants are a talented, cross-practice team of individuals. Beyond training, they also expand their leadership capabilities by helping develop new organization-wide initiatives that build alignment, win mindshare, and grow the competencies of others.
One such initiative is Hitachi Solutions’ Launch Program. Our Launch Program supports the growth and development of candidates who are brand new to the professional workforce and just starting their career in consulting.
Building upon the success of the Launch Program, and its popularity with our early career professionals, the ALP team now has a similar program to help mid-career candidates.
Whether you paused your career for 18 months or 18 years, or are considering making a complete career change, our Career Pivot Program might be exactly what you are looking for. Do you have strong industry knowledge? Base consulting skills? Experience with Microsoft cloud-based solutions? Explore returning to work with Hitachi Solutions!
This career transition program is designed to create opportunities for individuals interested in returning to the workforce. Specifically, we are looking for people with industry knowledge in project management, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retail, CPG, or have worked in a business analyst role. We’re also looking for Microsoft Power Platform enthusiasts who want to make the switch into consulting.
We’ve been working with professional organizations like Women in Technology and TechFluent, have partnered with the Power Platform School, and are a hiring partner of the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy who provides transitioning service members, Guard, Reserves, and veterans – including those with clearance – with critical career skills required for today’s growing technology industry.
