The Engage for Insurance Agent Portal v9.0. is configured on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal framework to give them quick and easy access to actionable data including onboarding status and current policy and claim status as well as unqualified business leads via the following customized web pages.

  • Agent Dashboard: On the Agent Dashboard page insurance agents can view existing data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 about their policies and claims, search for details and create new records. The Dashboard page also includes a default chart that shows policies that are reaching their expiration dates.
  • Unqualified Leads: The Unqualified Leads page shows all leads from Microsoft Dynamics 365 that are not yet associated with an insurance agent. Insurance agents can review basic details about the leads, assign themselves to specific ones and begin working on them.
  • Agent Profile: The Agent Profile page includes basic information about the current insurance agent (portal user). It shows their contact information, current onboarding status and quick views of Leads and Claims with charts that enable them to see the latest totals from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
