Low Code Application Development Partner of the Year Winner

This is the first time we have led this exciting and fast-growing category. Fueling this win was our exceptional strength in leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. Our rapid solution development (RSD) practice saw a 25 percent year-over-year growth, with project sizes and user engagement increasing significantly. This team deployed large-scale applications for prominent clients in many industries, demonstrating the ability to scale and meet complex requirements.

Also making us a standout partner in this space was our ability to help customers transform and succeed, providing tailored solutions and services that foster long-term engagement and operational efficiency. We have more Power Platform MVPs than any other Microsoft partner and our AI and Copilot strategies further enhance our capability to rapidly deliver high-value solutions.

We developed a suite of Power Platform solutions for a healthcare conglomerate, significantly enhancing their operational efficiency and compliance reporting.

We have successfully migrated major clients from UiPath and Automation Anywhere to Power Automate, leveraging Azure OpenAI to expedite legacy bot assessments and significantly reduce project timelines. Financial Services

At a leading financial institution, we implemented an automated solution to combat check deposit fraud, which had been costing the company nearly $60,000 a month.

The legacy system only flagged deposits over $2,000, missing smaller fraudulent ones. We created an RPA bot to validate all mobile deposits against a fraud database and automate a seven-day hold process. We also developed a model-driven Power App for administrators to monitor and review suspicious activities. This solution reduced fraudulent deposits by 75%, saved over $50,000 monthly, achieved a 500% ROI, and paid for itself within six weeks.

Additionally, it increased employee productivity and customer satisfaction by eliminating manual validation and reducing deposit processing times.

Business Services

A global digital business services company faced inefficiencies and high costs due to disparate, on-prem automations and multiple RPA platforms.

We assessed and optimized existing workflows and then centralized and streamlined automation processes using Power Automate. Integrating with the company’s infrastructure and third-party applications, we enabled efficient data exchange and workflow orchestration for 200+ automations, significantly improving the speed and efficiency of call center operations.

Healthcare

Experiencing inefficiencies and compliance risks from their reliance on manual processes, we helped a healthcare company modernize and streamline operations using Power Automate.

We identified and prioritized 15+ key processes for automation and developed a tailored RPA roadmap for seamless integration with existing systems. The first automation was a pharmacy notification process, and ongoing implementations continue to expand their capabilities. These automations have helped eliminate regulatory penalties that previously cost up to $3 million annually!
