Hitachi Solutions Joins EDM Council To Strengthen Cloud Data Management Capabilities for Customers

As a global Microsoft solutions integrator passionate about end-to-end business transformation that delivers sustainable value to our customers, Hitachi Solutions is proud to announce we have joined EDM Council, the leading trade association for data management and analytics. The partnership expands and strengthens our cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud data management capabilities and allows us to better serve customers through the most sophisticated data security and governance standards and tools.

Now that we are an EDM Council member, we have full access to the latest data management models, training and certifications, and resources network. We’re also able to leverage the Council’s proprietary cloud data management capabilities (CDMC) and data management capability assessment model (DCAM) frameworks to provide comprehensive guidance to our customers. These highly-adopted assessment frameworks are critical to helping customers manage, control, and secure data in the cloud.

Through CDMC and DCAM assessments, we can evaluate and certify our customers’ products and services, target critical controls and automation to protect sensitive data in cloud environments, determine their current state of cloud data management capabilities, and identify gaps for remediation. We’re excited to bring these trusted tools to our customers to improve their data and analytics best practices and achieve more in the cloud.
